CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF DA NANG CITY


Pursuant to the Law on Organization of Local Government No. 77/2015/QH13;

Pursuant to the Investment Law No. 67/2014/QH 13 dated November 26, 2014;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 118/2015/ND-CP dated November 12, 2015 detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Investment Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2018/ND-CP dated May 4, 2018 of the Government on investment in the form of public-private partnership;

Considering the proposal of the Investment Promotion and Support Board in Official Letter No. 700/XTĐT-PTDA dated December 3, 2019 on approving the list of key projects calling for investment in Da Nang city until 2025,

DECISION

Article 1. Approving the list of key projects to attract investment in Da Nang city by 2025 (details in the attached Appendix).

Article 2. The Committee on Investment Promotion and Support shall assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant departments, branches and localities on the basis of the List promulgated in this Decision to develop documents and information on projects. calling for investment of the city; organize promotional activities to attract investment; advise the City People's Committee to adjust the List to suit the actual situation.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.

Article 4. Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation, the People's Council and the City People's Committee; Directors of Departments, departments and branches and Chairman of People's Committees of districts and districts shall base themselves on the implementation decision./.
